Architecture

Three planes, one compliance boundary

Data, control, and presentation are separated because each carries a different workload and a different risk. The compliance layer crosses all three.
Data plane
Event ingestion backed by Postgres, ClickHouse, and Redis. A high-throughput write path with durable storage for long-run analytics and a hot path for real-time queries.
Control plane
Model and prompt registries, A/B testing infrastructure, and configuration management, so a change to the stack ships without a redeploy.
Presentation plane
Two portals over the same data: an engineering console for system telemetry and a clinician view for patient-context reporting. Different lenses, one source.
Compliance layer
HIPAA-aligned data handling, NIST AI RMF alignment, CSP with COOP and CORP headers, PII scrubbing on ingest, and audit logging across every plane above.
